Industrial Maintenance

R2G has a department dedicated to performing industrial maintenance services, based on a team of technicians and engineering with experience in various sectors, supported by global maintenance concepts.

How do we act?

The focus of our service is to improve safety, create organizational equity, improve the performance of facilities and equipment, with a balance of costs. Our approach is to view maintenance as a contributory department rather than a cost center.

Our partnership model is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, starting with an agreement in the form of a contract to establish a long-term partnership. In this way we can apply our management model, in a medium-long term perspective of effective improvement of equipment availability, and in a cycle of continuous improvement.

In this way, we allow our customer to focus on the management of their production process, leaving the maintenance management to R2G.

Worldwide maintenance concepts:

TPM (Total productive maintenance),

KAIZEN Philosophy

When applied to equipment maintenance, promotes the search for cost reduction, spare parts management, use of predictive maintenance techniques, reduction of defects and stops, and an effective planning of the activities of operators and maintenance technicians.

Reliability centred maintenance (RCM)

Is an enterprise-level maintenance strategy that is implemented to optimize the equipment and/or facility maintenance program. The end result of an RCM program is the implementation of a specific maintenance strategy on each of the facility's assets. Maintenance strategies are optimized so that productivity increases using low-cost maintenance techniques.

5S

Is a set of principles that are intended to put a workplace in order. These principles involve everyone in eliminating unnecessary materials, putting everything in its place, and standardizing workplace maintenance practices.

Root cause analysis (RCA)

Is a maintenance troubleshooting method that helps to identify and control the recurring causes of a maintenance problem.

LEAN

Are a set of management practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating waste. The core principle of lean is to reduce and eliminate activities and waste that do not add value.
